Geography is the very easiest subject if you understand the subject. But the questions in the prelims were reduced in recent years. Most of the questions are map-based. It means they give some city, sea, strait, or location and ask you to find out the bordering countries or states or arrange in the direction wise. I call these questions are low hanging fruits. If you have a daily habit of reading newspapers and atlas then you can easily solve these questions.
Other than, mapping based questions, rivers are the important topics you have to read. They give some rivers and ask their tributaries and distributaries- even their source. In this year’s prelims 2020 there was a question about the Cauvery basin.
